BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 8214 East Brainerd Road and 1068 Grays Drive, being Tract 1 as described and recorded in DB 2921, PG 508, ROHC and the west 305.83 feet of property described and recorded in DB 3323, PG 420, ROHC. Tax Map No. 149B-C-028. from R-1 Residential Zone and R-2 Residential Zone to C-5 Neighborhood Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Landscaping and screening conditions as shown on site plan; 2. Dedication of right-of-way for 40 feet from centerline on East Brainerd Road and 25 feet from centerline on Grays Drive; 3. Redesign of access and internal circulation plan, particularly for the car wash, as required by the City Traffic Engineer; and 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
